Are Mini-Split Systems Right for Your Home?

A New System
Without the Big Upfront Hit

Comfort is a big purchase, and we don’t expect everyone to cover it all at once. With payments as low as $95 a month on a new system and 0% options for those who qualify, there are ways to make the investment easier. A few things we’ve got going right now:

Questions We
We Get Asked The Most

Common HVAC Questions Idaho homeowners ask.

Do you handle the rebate paperwork, or is that on me?

We handle it. You send us the utility rebate form, we fill in the details, submit it, and follow it through until it’s paid. Rebates are the thing customers ask us about most, and the paperwork is where the money usually gets lost, so we took it off your plate.

How often should my system be serviced?

Once a year for each side, so twice a year total: the AC in spring, the furnace in fall. Annual service keeps the warranty valid on most equipment and catches small problems while they’re still cheap.

How long should my HVAC system last?

A well-maintained furnace runs about 15 to 20 years, and a central AC about 12 to 15. Skipping maintenance is the fastest way to cut those numbers in half.

How often should I change my filter?

Every one to three months for a standard filter, more often with pets or allergies in the house. In our dry, dusty stretch of Idaho, it’s worth checking monthly.

How often should I change my filter?

We’re open Monday through Friday, 6 to 5, and we’re straight with you about that. We don’t run a 24/7 line, and we don’t charge the doubled after-hours rates that come with one. If something goes wrong, call first thing and we’ll get you on the schedule fast.
